Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). If something is wrong, email us first; most things are solved in one reply.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 DDG). We are not obliged to monitor information that users transmit or store, or to look for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity (§§ 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect begins only once we know of a specific infringement. Images users upload and the toys they generate from them are the user's own responsibility, as set out in the licensing and terms.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites whose content we do not control, for example the campaign page on MakerWorld. The operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Links were checked for possible legal violations when they were added; if we learn of an infringement we remove the link without delay.

Copyright and your rights to what you make

The FidgetMaker software, the toy mechanisms, the generator, the site texts, designs and graphics are protected by copyright. Reproducing, editing or distributing them, or using them beyond the limits of copyright, requires our written consent.

What you make with FidgetMaker is a different matter and is governed by the licensing and terms: the toys you generate from your own images are yours to use as your tier allows, and that includes the built-in design library. You may use the library images in your toys on every tier, and on the tiers that permit selling you may sell products made from them as well, with no extra fee.
